The Olympic sport of Triathlon includes three disciplines: swim, bike, run and is highly rewarding and motivating to keep you super fit, fast and strong. Set yourself the challenge by mastering  not one modality but being well-rounded in muscular endurance and aerobic capacity to be strong in all three areas of the sport.

Triathlon Challenge will re-commence in the later part of the year to be peaking for triathlons held in the Australian Summer.
