Progress Tracking

We encourage training and photo updates, race reports and chat on the Community Members discussion group so don’t be shy to post. Coaches monitor and keep track of progress and performance on the discussion.  Test/retest benchmark workouts are set regularly to help guide your own performance, along with challenge events which keep you striving to set new goals, then achieve them. 

If you are a BodiFit Online Personalised Program member, after you sign up you will have a personal dashboard where your trainer will upload your program and provide individualised feedback and comments on your progress.
