Nutrition is key. Real food and nutrition is undeniably a crucially important component to any fitness and exercise regime. You simply can’t perform at your best without putting in the time to plan, prepare and keep on top of good nutrition.

BodiFit members are encouraged to complete a BodiFit Food Diary which can be submitted either as a scan or photo for review, feedback and suggestions for improvement. It’s as easy as recording your daily intake and letting us take a look to help you stay accountable!

We will continuously provide you with up-to-date information, meal plans, house hold shoppers’ guide and information on what constitutes good nutrition, along with healthy recipes to kick-start your new lifestyle.
