BodiFit Club is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle to students! We are creating BodiFit Club to share health, fitness and well-being interests and to encourage students to prioritise their physical and mental health, particularly amidst the stress of study and exams.
What’s involved? Free safe, body-weight workout on Mondays at 1pm and continued support and motivation via a facebook discussion group for helpful ideas and workouts for use in your spare time.
If you are keen to be involved, join the Monday workout and come along to the monthly meeting to discuss the clubs direction.
