Tailored Training Program

  • BodiFit One-to-One 4 Week Personalised is a monthly program. Personalised Programming is a system designed to give you the know-how, motivation and support to tackle your next race day or competition. Periodisation breaks down your training into sections with specific goals in mind to get optimal results.
  • Personalised training programs can be done remotely and at your own leisure, either from your home or local gym and offer month by month periodisation training to get you race ready. We will ask a series of questions to get an understanding of your training availability, schedule and goals.

  • $100 / month on recurring basis until termination.

Training: For BodiFit One-to-One 30 minute and BodiFit One-to-One 60 minute sessions, head on over to the BodiFit One-to-One Booking Times for availability. Sessions can be indoor or outdoor. Just inquire via the contact form and we will find out what your goals are and which option suits you best. If you can only do a Personal Training session every so often, get yourself a BodiFit One-to-One 4 Week Personalised program and do it at your own pace and in your own time.

PT Coaching: Whether you choose BodiFit One-to-One 60 minute or 30 minute session, as a single visit or part of a 10 pack session, we need to know more about your training goals, motivations and availability. Please complete and return the BodiFit PT Coaching Introduction along with the BodiFit Health and Fitness Screening (Adults and 15+)

Resources: Whichever you choose, as a BodiFit One-to-One member, we encourage you to visit the blog for training and nutrition ideas, check out the exercise library videos and keep us up-to-date with pictures of your training and race days on the photo gallery.

Nutrition: BodiFit One-to-One member’s are encouraged to complete a BodiFit Food Diary which can be submitted either as a scan or photo for review and feedback. We will continuously provide you with up-to-date information of what constitutes good nutrition and give you ideas on how to adopt healthy dietary habits.

Events: Keep an eye on the events calendar – triathlon, running, obstacle course racing, adventure racing, weightlifting competitions and find that next challenge. Together we can get race or competition ready.

Community and accountability: Join the BodiFit Members page. You might just need a race partner and what better way to get collaborating with like-minded people.  Always keep in mind that BodiFit is all about community and encouraging one another to be better, fitter and happier every day.
