BodiFit Mobility – Strength, flexibility and balance
You are fit and healthy but want to ensure you stay that way? Or perhaps you haven’t exercised for some time but have started to think about your health and fitness? Regular exercise to maintain muscle strength and bone density becomes increasingly important as we age. BodiFit Mobility is designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance and prevent injury. BodiFit Mobility is available two days a week offering a tailored program with an injury prevention and rehabilitation focus.
BodiFit Mobility offers classes on Tuesdays and Thursday which run for 45 minutes. The program is available at discounted rates when attending 2 days or 1 day per week on recurring membership or can be booked as a 10 session pack.

How It Works
BodiFit Mobility: Complete the BodiFit Health and Fitness Screening Adult information to bring to your first class. If you can’t bring a printed copy, get in touch using the contact form or drop us an email so we know to have a copy ready for you at your first class.
