Looking for something for the kids to do to stay fit, healthy and busy after school? BodiFit Kids offers strength and aerobic conditioning for school aged children as part of BodiFit Kids young athlete development 10 to 14 years.

BodiFit Kids operates for the school term* offering strength (Mondays) and aerobic fitness (Fridays). Classes run for 30 minutes. The cost of the program for the full school term is $250 for 2 days/ week or pay week-to-week for $15/session. Family discounts available for additional children. BodiFit instructors are qualified and experienced in exercise for children and program fun and motivating classes focused on improving skill acquisition, strength development and aerobic fitness. * Please note term one ends 7th April 2017.

  • Indoors. 30 minute small group session for young athletes 10 to 14 years.
  • BodiFit Kids Young Athlete offers strength development (Mondays) and aerobic conditioning (Fridays) with a particular focus on skill acquisition and conditioning for the young athlete.
  • 2 days/ week – attend both days.
  • $250 for 2 days/week for the duration of the school term.

Before the first class: Please complete the BodiFit Health and Fitness Screening (Kids under 14) information (specific children’s screening form). If you can’t bring a printed copy, get in touch using the contact form or drop us an email so we know to have a copy ready for you at your first class.

Training: BodiFit Kids can be viewed on the class timetable. Try to come 10 mins early so we can have a chat with you and welcome you to the group.

Events: Join in on events such as local fun runs, obstacle course races such as Spartan Kids and BodiFit Community days designed to get the whole family involved.
