BodiFit Group – What’s included?

Is this you? You like a set routine, formal instruction and coaching and enjoy working out with other people? Perhaps you need the motivation that comes from training as part of a group? If so, then BodiFit Group Training is for you! 

Fun, flexible and affordable small group coaching. BodiFit Group offers week by week pre-programmed and structured classes for strength, fitness and endurance (see class timetable) along with nutrition guidelines for healthy eating and fun, motivating events.

BodiFit Group Fitness stream offers strength and conditioning (Mondays), power and anaerobic conditioning (Wednesdays), aerobic conditioning (Fridays) and Total Conditioning/ Endurance (Saturdays). BodiFit Group Strength includes strength gains (Tuesdays) and power barbell (Thursdays), both focusing on strength development and muscle tone. Our classes have strictly limited numbers for your benefit so you don’t get lost in the crowd – great for technique and developing your personal goals. BodiFit Group Endurance includes access to both Group Fitness and Strength classes.

If you are a BodiFit Group training member – Strength, Fitness or Endurance – you get access to your group training option and dedicated time for consultations. BodiFit Group training is not just your regular group training and it’s certainly not bootcamp – we are all about coaching you towards your goals and provide motivation, education and effective programming for long-term results.

BodiFit Group Endurance

Before you begin: Head over to Before Your First Class and complete the BodiFit Health and Fitness Screening (Adults and 15+) information. If you can’t bring a printed copy, get in touch using the contact form or drop us an email so we know to have a copy ready for you at your first class.

Training: Check out our class timetable and set your alarm for your first BodiFit Group session. Try to come 10 mins early so we can have a chat with you and welcome you to the group. Head on over to check out the exercise library videos and tune into the health and fitness blog.

Nutrition: Real food and good nutrition is key. You simply can’t perform at your best without putting in the time to plan, prepare and keep on top of good nutrition. As a BodiFit Member, you are encouraged to complete the BodiFit Food Diary. It’s as easy as recording your daily intake and taking a photo of it for us to give feedback and help you stay accountable!

Events: BodiFit Group members are encouraged to challenge themselves and enter in local and community events, whether competitive or fun. As we hear about them, popular races will be added to the events calendar – triathlon, running, obstacle course racing, adventure racing, weightlifting competitions and more. Prepare for your individual sport or look at completing a new challenge.

Community and accountability: Importantly, join in on the BodiFit Members page and share your training journey with other members. BodiFit is all about community so be part of the team and encourage fellow members along the way.

Education, information and learning: We have spent years refining our knowledge and have the experience and tertiary qualifications to help when it comes to training, nutrition and how the body works. Come with an open and inquisitive mind. BodiFit instructor/trainers pride themselves on providing friendly support and advice to help you reach your goals. If you don’t ask, you won’t know!
