BodiFit Community – Fitness Program

You are motivated to work out but you’ve realised you need a structured, effective and practical training program. Perhaps you want to make the most of your day to train at different times, maybe you just like training at home or maybe you need to optimise your time when you hit the gym. If so, then BodiFit’s Community Fitness Program is for you!

BodiFit Community Fitness is a structured training program that really will get you fitter, strong and healthier. Community Fitness will build your cardiovascular fitness and help you build strong, lean muscle. The Community Fitness Program covers a monthly fitness and strength program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. 

BodiFit’s Communtiy Fitness is easily accessible, affordable and allows you to work out where ever you are and at what ever time suits you. If you are a BodiFit Community member you will have access to your program via the website or you can download and save the PDF. You’ll also be encouraged to make the most of the exercise library, food diary review and support from the Community Members discussion group

  • $20 per month on recurring basis until termination. No joining fee, no lock in contract and no cancel fee.
